Staff Grade Physiotherapist

Medforce are delighted to have partnered with a friendly and supportive children’s disability service located in Carrick on Shannon, Leitrim to recruit a Staff Grade Physiotherapist.

Working within a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals you will be responsible for:
- Providing specialised physiotherapy assessments and treatments to children with a variety of disabilities
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to promote mobility, function, and independence
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to children and their families
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of treatment sessions and progress
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with CORU
- Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Contract: Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week
