Making the decision to move to a new city and changing jobs from Galway to Dublin was a difficult and daunting decision, but once I linked in with Lincoln recruitment and in particular Charlene, all my worries went away. Charlene made the transition so easy, and it was great knowing I had an advocate for me when it came to approaching potential new employers. She also gave me a boost of confidence in advance of interviews and generally brought a personal element to the experience. Charlene presented me with all possible options and helped me make a decision on which position would suit me best. After receiving and accepting a job offer, Charlene had my best interest at heart when it came to dealing with the HR department and clarified every aspect of the paperwork process before I finally signed my contract. I’ve now started my new job, and life in Dublin and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Charlene for all of her help.
