About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting, supporting individuals in achieving optimal health and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for a diverse patient population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Support patients in their recovery journey, ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to home or community settings.
- Participate in service development initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- CORU registration (or eligibility to register).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care.
