Medforce Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in life span Primary Care.
We have an exciting opportunity for Staff grade Clinical Psychologists to join a Life span Primary Care teams in Kildare. We have two vacancies open in Primary Care teams (life span) in Celbridge and Kilcock, county Kildare.
Contract: Fulltime, specified purpose contracts for 1 year, 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
Benefits: Consolidated pay-scale rates /Weekly pay cycle /You will join a supportive, multi-disciplinary community mental health team / You will have regular clinical supervision and case management.
Essential
- Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology.
- A Post-Graduate Professional Qualification in Psychology, recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
- Applicants with qualifications obtained outside of Ireland must provide a certificate of validation of their qualifications from the Department of Health.
- Must be able to demonstrate autonomy and independence in your practice.
- Relevant pre/post qualification experience (or placement during training) in Primary Care
- Must have experience working with a wide range of client groups, across the whole life course and presenting with the full range of clinical severity care settings
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical/or clinically sensitive information to clients/carers/families or HSE colleagues.
