Location: Central County Meath
Position: Staff Grade or Senior Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)
Service Area: Children’s Disability Services
Contract: 6 month contract with a view to extend, Monday – Friday, 35 hours p/week

Our client’s busy Children’s Disability Service in central Meath is looking for both Staff Grade and Senior SLTs to join them in providing high-quality care to children with a range of developmental needs.
In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver essential speech and language therapy for children with communication, speech, language, and feeding needs. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll work with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to develop holistic, child-centered care plans. Whether you’re an experienced SLT ready to step into a Senior role or a Staff Grade SLT eager to grow your career, this role offers a challenging and fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting impact.
- Staff Grades will be offered extensive training and induction coupled with excellent support and supervision.
- Seniors will take on complex cases, provide mentorship to junior staff, and collaborate on innovative service development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with CORU.
- Experience: For Staff Grade, experience working with children in a disability setting is preferred but not required. For Senior Grade, a minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience in a pediatric or disability setting is essential.
- Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
