We are currently seeking Social Care Workers for permanent, full-time positions across several key locations in Ireland, including Dublin, Monaghan, Kildare, Tipperary, Kilkenny, and Wexford.

The Role

Position: Social Care Worker
-
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: €38,321 – €55,244 per annum (depending on experience)
As part of a committed team, you will work across residential and day services, ensuring that individuals are supported to live an “ordinary life” with dignity and choice. You will follow, evaluate, and contribute to person-centred plans tailored to the ongoing needs of those supported.
Requirements

Education: Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent Health/Social Care qualification).

Professional Registration: CORU registration (or proof that the application is in progress).

Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of current national policies and developments within disability services.

Skills: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams).

Transport: A full driver’s licence and access to your own car is essential.
