We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers for permanent, full-time opportunities across Cork and Kerry with a leading disability service provider.
The organisation supports children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism through residential, respite, and community-based services focused on independence, inclusion, and person-centred care.
The Role
Position: Social Care Worker
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Locations: Cork & Kerry
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support service users in achieving meaningful outcomes and living fulfilling lives within their communities.
Requirements
Education: Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant Health/Social Care discipline
Registration: CORU registration or eligibility desirable
Experience: Previous experience working within disability, residential, or community services preferred
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and person-centred practice skills
Transport: Full driver’s licence desirable
