Senior Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

Medforce are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Allied Health team, focusing on the recruitment of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years recruitment experience. Our offices are located in Dublin city centre and this is a hybrid role.

You will be joining an experienced team with a large number of jobs  a thriving market working closely with a well-known client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their staffing needs and requirements. Provide consultancy and advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the healthcare sector. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and database management.

Interviewing and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate with clients to arrange interviews and participate in the selection process.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry. Maintain high-quality standards in the recruitment process to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.

Market Insight: Stay informed about the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.

Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
