Senior Physiotherapist

About the Role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will take a leading role in delivering high-quality, family-centred physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessments, interventions, and support to help children achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of gross motor skills and physical development.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students.
- Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the CDNT.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- A recognized degree in Physiotherapy.
- CORU registration or eligibility to register.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desirable:
- Experience in seating and mobility, orthotics, or neurodevelopmental therapy.
- Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
