Facility Rehab/Acute
Contract: 6 months initially, Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in scenic West Cork. About the Role:
In this senior position, you will play an essential role in assessing, treating, and supporting patients within both our client’s 16-bed rehabilitation ward and our 55-bed acute medical inpatient ward. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function, mobility, and quality of life following a range of medical and surgical events.
Your role as Senior Physiotherapist will include leading complex cases, supporting patient-centered recovery processes, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to service development initiatives. This is a career-defining role for a physiotherapist looking to lead with compassion and clinical expertise in a dynamic hospital setting.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy and full registration with CORU.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital setting, ideally including both acute and rehabilitation care.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong patient-centered approach to care.
