Registered General Nurse
Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is seeking dedicated Registered Staff Nurses for a Sub-Acute facility located in Dublin City.
Role – Full time (permanent role)
Requirements
· Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible to be so registered.
· Minimum two years of post – graduate experience, with at least 1 years of experience working with Elderly care.
· Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
· Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills.
· Fluent in the English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.
· Strong communication and listening skills.
· Demonstrate clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operation of clinical governance.
· Ability to lead, teach, manage, participate, and play a key role in the practice education of student nurses and healthcare staff and promote and engage in the teaching/training/support of others as appropriate.
· Have a good knowledge and experience of health, safety, and other statutory regulations affecting a healthcare organization.
· Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
