Radiographer
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Staff Grade Radiographer to join the Radiology Department in an acute service based in Drogheda. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a busy acute hospital setting, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality diagnostic radiography examinations in line with hospital protocols and best practice.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the Radiology Department by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Participate in the on-call and rostered service as required.
- Maintain and develop professional knowledge and skills through ongoing CPD.
Requirements:
- BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- CORU Registration (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a hospital radiography department is desirable but not essential.
