Medforce are recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, forward-thinking, Staff grade Social Workers on behalf of well established, friendly, supportive and dynamic teams in north Dublin. We have opportunities for Social workers in Primary Care teams and in Elderly care departments.
You will be given integrated individual supervision, appraisals, CPD and monthly in-service training. There will be on going opportunities and support for Continuing Professional Development and career progression.
Role Permanent, fulltime role, Monday-Friday, 35 hour working week. Salary range €46,523-€67,336 per annum plus excellent HSE benefits and a Pension.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A recognised qualification as a Social Worker
- Registration with CORU essential
- Experience working in the community/primarycare desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, initiative, teamwork and time management skills
- Knowledge of policy, legislation and best practice guidelines relevant to social work practice issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines
- A full drivers’ licence with access to a car
