Medforce Recruitment are seeking to appoint a highly driven MSK Physiotherapist on behalf of our client a very well established, modern Physiotherapy Practice located in Swords, north Dublin.
As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will treat a range of MSK conditions independently. You will work in a modern, spacious, person-centred environment, where you will undertake assessments that identify functional capacity, strengths, and lifestyle goals of your patients.

Our client is a top-rated, modern, well established Physiotherapy Clinic, lcated in Swords. Currently have 7 Physiotherapists and 3 Administrative staff providing full clinical support.They place a strong emphasise on a multimodal approach to patient care encompassing manual therapy, movement re-education and strength & conditioning. The clinic comprises of 6 private treatment rooms, a rehabilitation gym and a separate Pilates studio.

Join a nationwide community of likeminded MSK physiotherapists and become part of a friendly and supportive regional team dynamic. You will work autonomously in clinic, but with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor whenever you need it.
Role
Full Time Permanent 30 hours in clinic and 8 hours admin per week. You will work a 4-day week with flexible working and flexibility with shift patterns.
The successful candidate will work two early shifts from 8am-3pm and two late shifts from 1pm-8pm.
Renumeration Package
Excellent base salary from €55,000-€70,000 per annum plus a very generous KPI bonus, excellent benefits, regular CPD. Support and flexibility with further education courses where needed.
Professional Responsibilities
Design, co-ordinate and deliver effective and efficient Physiotherapy service, in collaboration with the Premier Physiotherapy team. To provide exceptional service a Senior Physiotherapist. Develop and administer the highest quality of service by identifying and implementing operational procedures in line with best practice standards. Keep abreast with new developments, skills, and technology to ensure continuing competence in the job. Enhance your skills to initiate and respond to changes in the work environment as additional roles may be demanded e.g., data analysis, clinical audit, continued professional development and research. To engage with team members. To support in-service training and tuition for staff members and to ensure the highest standard of patient care is maintained. To create and promote good working relationships through open communication.
Management Responsibilities
Actively participate in and promote continuing education and research activities consistent with the position including self-learning, formal courses, and in-service training. To complete appropriate records within 24 hours and make sure they are sufficient and maintain standards for organisational and legal purposes.
Staff Management
To lead by example with regards to being professional, dedicated, and punctual. To encourage professional development of team members through promotion of self-learning, formal courses, and in-service training. Provide professional and clinical mentorship in Women’s Health to other staff members.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
- CORU Registered or Proof of Application – Essential
- 2-4 years post-graduate musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice experience; preferably in both public and private settings.
- Have the right to work in Ireland
- Clinical Pilates Qualification – desirable but not essential
- A competent leader with excellent people skills and the ability to support the development of peers and teams into high performers.
- Demonstrates a commitment to learning, being able to evaluate your own practice, takes responsibility for learning and seeking opportunities to develop self and support immediate teams.
- Experience in mentoring clinicians, to support and coach them to realise their full potential.
- Proven experience as a specialist practitioner where you wish to mentor other specialists.
- An up to date CPD folder which demonstrates your commitment to professional development.
- Teamwork – Work as part of a team and collaborate with co-workers.
- Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
