Medforce Recruitment is proud to partner with a dedicated Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Laois to recruit a Staff Grade Physiotherapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a supportive, family-centred multidisciplinary team providing essential services to children with complex needs and developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities of the Physiotherapist:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to children aged 0–18
- Work with children with a range of physical and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, goal-oriented care
- Contribute to individualised care planning and support participation in everyday activities
- Engage in service planning, team meetings, and family forums
Requirements for the Physiotherapist:
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
- CORU registration (essential)
- Experience working with children or in disability services is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, clinical reasoning, and team-working skills
- Full driving licence and access to transport for community visits is preferred
