Requirements:
- CORU registration is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
- Full clean driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous physiotherapy work in an elderly care home facility is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for residents to promote mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to address residents’ needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of treatment sessions and progress.
- Provide education and support to staff and residents’ families regarding physiotherapy interventions and goals.
