We are recruiting for Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join a growing, neurodiversity-affirming multidisciplinary service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a child-led, strengths-based and trauma-informed environment supporting neurodivergent children and young people.
The role will involve:
• Providing neuro-affirming OT assessments and interventions
• Supporting children with autism, ADHD, sensory and regulation needs
• Delivering individual and group-based therapy
• Working closely with children, families and multidisciplinary colleagues
• Providing parent coaching and family support
• Contributing to service development and team training
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in CPD, clinical supervision and reflective practice
Requirements:
• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
• CORU registration or eligibility for registration
• Paediatric OT experience
• Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people
• Strong understanding of neuro-affirming, child-led practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with sensory processing, autism, ADHD, play-based intervention or parent coaching is desirable.
