Occupational Therapist
We’re working with a well-established specialist provider supporting individuals with complex needs, seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.
This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, service development, and supervision.
The Role:
- Manage a complex clinical caseload
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide supervision and support to junior staff
- Contribute to service development and clinical governance
What we’re looking for:
- CORU registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with complex needs (e.g. learning disabilities, mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions)
- Confident working at a senior level or ready to step up
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
