About the Role
We are currently recruiting Staff Grade and Senior Occupational Therapists to join a Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Navan, Co. Meath.
This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about working with children and young people with complex needs, within a family-centred, multidisciplinary service. You will be part of a supportive and progressive team committed to delivering high-quality care across home, school and community settings.
The Role of the Occupational Therapist
As part of the CDNT, the Occupational Therapist will:

Provide occupational therapy assessments, intervention and support to children and young people

Work closely with families to promote independence and participation in everyday activities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualised care plans

Participate in team meetings, case conferences and service development initiatives
-
Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
Essential Criteria
-
Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy
-
CORU registration
-
Full driving licence and access to a car
Senior Grade:
-
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, including relevant experience working with children with disabilities
Staff Grade:
-
Previous experience in paediatrics or disability services is desirable but not essential
