We are inviting applications from dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join a multi-disciplinary team in a modern mental health facility located in North Dublin.

About the Role:
You will work with individuals with complex mental health needs in both acute and rehabilitation settings, supporting recovery through meaningful occupation. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive MDT focused on promoting engagement, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:
- Assess occupational performance and provide individualised, evidence-based interventions
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to support functional recovery
- Promote social inclusion, life skills, and community integration
- Contribute to care planning, clinical documentation, and MDT reviews
- Engage in service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Senior Grade: Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and support service planning
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- CORU registration (essential)
- Experience working in mental health settings is desirable (especially for Senior applicants)
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and team-working skills
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented models and occupational approaches to mental health care
