Medforce are delighted to work with a prestigious healthcare institution located in northwest Ireland to recruit a Radiographer who is experienced in CT scanning on a locum basis.
Our client’s Radiology Department stands out as a core facility, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology services. The department is pivotal in the facility’s commitment to comprehensive patient care, timely diagnosis, and collaborative medical training. It offers a full range of imaging services, including:
- General Radiography (X-ray)
- Ultrasound
- Computed Tomography (CT)
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Interventional Radiology
This temporary role is ideal for a qualified radiographer who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment, contributing to both patient care and the training of future medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-quality diagnostic imaging services, including X-rays, CT, MRI, and other modalities as needed.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols and hospital standards.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree or equivalent in Radiography (recognised in Ireland).
- Registration: CORU registration
- Skills: Excellent imaging skills across multiple modalities, strong communication, and ability to work efficiently within a team.
