Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional homecare services? We are looking for a Homecare Coordinator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless care for our clients.
About the Role
As a Homecare Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing carer schedules, liaising with clients and their families, and ensuring the smooth operation of homecare services. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care while maintaining efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage carer schedules and rosters to meet client needs effectively.
- Act as a liaison between carers, clients, and next of kin to ensure smooth communication and care coordination.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or service delivery challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, carers, and internal teams, to enhance service quality.
- Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure company standards are met.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably in homecare or a similar setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in KPI management and meeting organisational targets.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with One Touch or similar scheduling systems is an advantage.
- A team player with a positive and supportive attitude.
