Medforce are seeking a Healthcare Agency Recruiter to help grow our team of homecare professionals across Dublin and the surrounding areas. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes. This is a hybrid role offering great flexibility.
Responsibilies of Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals (e.g. HCA, support workers, carers)
- Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for homecare assignments
- Maintain candidate pipelines and actively engage passive job seekers
- Ensure all staff meet Irish healthcare compliance standards (e.g. Garda vetting, reference checks, certifications)
- Collaborate with operations to forecast staffing needs and fill urgent roles quickly
- Leverage digital platforms, job boards, and local partnerships to attract talent
- Represent the agency at recruitment events and career fairs
Requirements of Recruitment Consultant
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally within an agency or homecare setting
- Solid understanding of Irish healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance protocols
- Proven success in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- A proactive and professional approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
