Dietitian
Medforce are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Dietitian to join a well-established Children’s Disability Network Team based in Crumlin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, family-centred services to children with complex needs.
The Role
As the Dietitian on the CDNT, you will play a key role in assessing and managing the nutritional needs of children with a range of developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities. You will work closely with an experienced MDT including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Social Workers.
Responsibilities of the Dietician:
• Providing nutritional assessments and individualised intervention plans
• Supporting children with feeding difficulties, growth concerns and specialised diets
• Offering guidance and education to families and caregivers
• Collaborating effectively within the MDT to support holistic care
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Participating in service development initiatives as required
Requirements for the Dietician:
• CORU registration as a Dietitian (or in process with eligibility confirmed)
• Experience working with paediatrics or disability services is desirable
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centred care
