Job Title: Day Centre Manager
Location: Kilmurry Ct, Killalee, Garryowen Limerick
Salary: Depends of Experience
Working Hours: Full Time/Part time Monday – Friday
Role Overview: As a Day Care Manager, you will lead our center, ensuring high-quality dementia-specific care for our clients. This role involves overseeing client care, managing staff, maintaining facility operations, and engaging with community stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care and enhance quality of life for clients.
- Supervise, train, and manage day care staff and volunteers.
- Manage daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Foster relationships with clients’ families and local health providers and promote center services.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or Nursing.
- 5+ years in health/social care with 3+ years in management.
- Full clean driving license.
- Registered Nurse with dementia care qualification desirable.
Skills:
- Strong management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Client-focused with empathy and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
