Clinical Nurse Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) in Cork to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON), the CNM will manage day-to-day nursing operations, support staff, and ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, supporting performance and professional development.
- Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and resident assessments.
- Ensure medication management and clinical practices comply with HIQA standards.
- Conduct audits, monitor hygiene, and support risk management initiatives.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication across the clinical team.
- Engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications & Experience
- Registered nurse with active NMBI registration.
