Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager for a nursing home located in Chapelizod, Co. Dublin. Responsibilities
· Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) on the register of nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
· Candidate must have 3 years of post – registration nursing experience with elderly care.
· Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential.
· Experience in geriatric nursing care.
· Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology is desirable.
· Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
· Have a detailed knowledge of rostering and managing the rostering arrangements and leave planning for stuff.
· Possess an in – depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance.
· Energetic individual with solid clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance.
· Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
