Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is on the lookout for an exceptional Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the nursing home’s excellent team of nurses located in Co. Balbriggan. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining efficient workflow, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards. This leadership position demands a combination of strong managerial abilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to healthcare excellence.
Requirements
· A registered General Nurse e on the register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
· Minimum 2-year post graduation experience with experience of working at a Senior Staff Nurse/ CNM Level.
· Previous managerial training/ experience is an advantage.
· Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology.
· Gerontology experience.
· Have an in – depth knowledge of the ageing process.
· Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
· Sound decision making ability.
· Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
· Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
· Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
