Clinical Lead Radiographer

Medforce are seeking a Clinical Lead Radiographer to spearhead our client’s radiography department and contribute to the success of their brand new, cutting-edge facility.

As a Clinical Lead Radiographer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality diagnostic services while leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Location: Finglas, North Dublin
Salary: €60,000 – €69,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the radiography department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
- Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, maintaining the highest standard of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior radiographers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in radiography.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- CORU registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Radiographer.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical radiography experience, with demonstrable leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
