Clinical Psychologist – Child & Adolescent Primary Care Psychology

We are seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Psychologists to join a Child & Adolescent Primary Care Psychology Service

These opportunities would suit experienced Staff Grade or Senior Psychologists who are looking to develop their career within a multidisciplinary child and adolescent mental health setting.

The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment and intervention to children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

While Clinical Psychology is the preferred qualification, applications from appropriately experienced Counselling Psychologists will also be considered. Educational Psychologists may also be considered where they have substantial relevant experience in child and adolescent mental health and are not newly qualified.

Locations are flexible, within reason. Base will be either Balbriggan, Swords, Portmarnock, Kilbarrack, Coolock. Final decision on base will take account of service needs and (if a major issue) staff member’s potential commute
