Renal Therapy Specialist – Peritoneal Dialysis (PD)
We are recruiting for a Renal Therapy Specialist – Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) to join a leading healthcare organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced renal nurse with dialysis experience to move into a specialist clinical education and customer-facing role, supporting renal teams and healthcare professionals across Ireland.
THE ROLE
• Provide clinical education and training to healthcare professionals on PD therapies.
• Support renal teams with shared decision-making and appropriate therapy selection.
• Build strong relationships with renal and PD teams.
• Deliver onsite and virtual clinical training.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within renal units.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support clinical and customer objectives.
• Contribute to clinical education materials and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of renal guidelines, clinical evidence and therapy developments.
REQUIREMENTS
• Recognised nursing qualification.
• Previous dialysis experience; PD experience preferred.
• Strong clinical education and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
PACKAGE
• €59,000–€61,000 basic salary
• 30% Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
• €15,500 car allowance
• 37.5-hour working week, 9:00am–5:30pm
