Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM 2)
Medforce are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) on behalf of a leading specialist mental health service in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse looking to progress into a senior leadership role within a specialist inpatient service. You will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused, person-centred care.
The Role
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the nursing team.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Registered Psychiatric Nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager 1.
• Previous experience within an acute or specialist mental health setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Desirable
• Experience in palliative care.
• Experience supporting the education and development of nursing staff.
