We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private organisation that provides neuro-affirmative, evidence-based therapy services to children and young people.

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Carry out comprehensive assessments for children with a range of communication and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy programmes.
- Work closely with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development where appropriate.
- Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care.
Requirements
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current CORU registration (or eligibility for registration).
- Previous experience working with children is desirable, but newly qualified graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong assessment, communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- A compassionate, family-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
