Role Overview
- Provide social work support within multidisciplinary mental health teams
- Complete assessments and care planning
- Support service users and families
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Manage a caseload in line with service needs
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Social Work
- Registration (or eligibility) with CORU
- Experience in mental health services desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
