Social Care Workers
We’re working with a well-established care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeking Social Care Workers to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in helping individuals live independently, supporting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.
The Role:
- Support individuals with day-to-day living
- Assist with personal care and medication
- Encourage independence and social inclusion
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Work as part of a supportive team
What we’re looking for:
- CORU registered
- Relevant Social Care qualification
- Be a car driver
