A leading mental health provider is seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist / Clinical Director to oversee clinical governance and support the continued development of its multidisciplinary service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and take responsibility for patient care.
- Contribute to clinical governance and service strategy.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
- Support, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and improve standards of care through audits and action plans.
- Promote advocacy for patients’ rights and best interests.
Requirements:
- Full registration (general and specialist) with the Irish Medical Council.
- Senior leadership experience in mental health services or large healthcare organisations.
- Experience in psychiatric practice across diverse settings.
- Track record in education, research, audits, or service improvement.
- Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary team skills.
