Physiotherapist
Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is delighted to partner with Adult Primary Care Services in Edenderry to recruit both Staff Grade and Senior Physiotherapists.
These roles offer an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Primary Care team focused on delivering high-quality, community-based physiotherapy services to adults across the region.
Key Responsibilities of the Physiotherapist (Both Roles):
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based interventions to adults presenting with a wide range of physical and functional needs.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans that promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and service standards.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities – Senior Physiotherapist:
- Provide clinical leadership within the Physiotherapy team.
- Support and supervise Staff Grade Physiotherapists and students.
- Manage complex caseloads and contribute to advanced clinical decision-making.
- Participate in service planning and development activities.
Requirements – Staff Grade Physiotherapist:
- CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience in adult primary care, community, or clinical settings is desirable.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
- Full driving licence and access to a car for community visits.
Requirements – Senior Physiotherapist:
- CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, including relevant experience with adult caseloads.
- Proven ability to supervise and support junior staff or students.
- Demonstrated competence in managing complex clinical presentations.
