Your Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and direction to nursing staff
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing;including staff rostering, delegation, and performance management
- Overseeing daily operations
- Facilitating communication between healthcare teams
- Assisting in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Identifying and managing risks within the area of responsibility
- Assisting in the management of nursing budgets
- Contributing to service planning and development

What would you need?
- Previous experience in the nursing sector in Ireland (Minimum 10 years)
- Previous experience as an ADON prefereable however, CNMs with 5+ years experience welcome
- NMBI PIN number
- 2 previous employment references
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards
- A fluent level of English both written and oral is essential
- Own transport is desirable but not essential
