About Us:
Medforce is seeking a motivated Senior Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert nutritional assessment, care planning, and intervention to a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.

Deliver education and training to patients, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary management.

Participate in service development initiatives, audits, and research projects to enhance the quality of dietetic care.

Supervise and mentor junior dietitians and support staff as needed.
Requirements:

A degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification recognized by CORU.

Registration with CORU as a Dietitian.

Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience (staff grade applicants with relevant experience will be considered).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in clinical dietetics, particularly in acute or community hospital settings.

Expertise in managing complex nutritional needs such as enteral and parenteral nutrition.

Previous involvement in service development or quality improvement projects.
