Job Title: Staff Grade Physiotherapist (Children’s Disability Network Team)
Location: Meath
Salary: Competitive, in line with HSE pay scales
Working Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday
Contract: 6 months
Job Description:
The Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) provides comprehensive, high-quality care and support to children with disabilities and their families. Our client is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Grade Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will deliver physiotherapy services to children and adolescents with physical, developmental, and neurological disabilities, contributing to their overall development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate children’s physical abilities and development.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and mobility training.
- Educate and support families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration with CORU
- Experience with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
