Our client is a leading primary care facility dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. They believe in a holistic approach to patient care and are committed to improving the quality of life for our patients. They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.
You will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. You will work closely with patients of all ages, providing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on health strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Bsc/Msc in Occupational Therapy.
- CORU registration.
- Experience in primary care or similar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach.
