About the Role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic Staff and Senior Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality MSK physiotherapy services. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing care to individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of MSK conditions.
- Patient-Centered Care: Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care for patients.
- Education and Support: Support patients in managing their conditions effectively through education and empowerment.
- Senior Role: For senior positions, provide clinical leadership, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
Staff Physiotherapist:
- BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- CORU registration or eligibility to register.
- Experience in MSK physiotherapy is an advantage but not essential.
Senior Physiotherapist:
- BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- CORU registration.
- Minimum 3 years of postgraduate experience, with at least 2 years in MSK physiotherapy.
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
