Speech and Language Therapist
Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives, right at the heart of the community?
Medforce are recruiting a Paediatric SLT to join a supportive Primary Care Team in Cavan, where you’ll play a key role in early intervention, assessment, and treatment planning for children and their families.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary team members (e.g., OTs, psychologists, PHNs)
- Supporting early intervention and school-readiness goals in line with national frameworks
- Maintaining high clinical standards and contributing to service development
What we’re looking for:
- CORU registration
- Experience in paediatrics (placement or post-qualification)
- Strong communication, empathy, and team-working skills
- Full driver’s licence and access to transport (community visits may be required)
