Salary: HSE Payscale Depending on Experience
Job Summary:
Our client provides comprehensive and compassionate care to residents in our facilities. We focus on enhancing the quality of life for our clients, and our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to address the unique needs of everyone. We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and support our residents in achieving their highest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Educate care staff and families on communication and swallowing strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Speech and Language Therapy.
- CORU registration
- Experience with adults in residential care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
