Job Title: Social Worker-Child Protection
Location: South Dublin-Park House NCR
Contract: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Annual Leave: 29 days per year
Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Child Protection (Tusla)
Are you passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families? Tusla is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their Child Protection team. This role is critical in assessing and addressing the needs of vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, and supporting positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to ensure child safety and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with families, foster care providers, and other support agencies
- Develop individualized support plans and intervention strategies
- Engage in case management, reporting, and advocacy to safeguard children
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work and CORU registration
- Experience in child protection or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
