Social Care Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients’ development, independence, and individuality
- Create a homelike environment, focusing on social education and personal growth
- Assist with meal planning, daily activities, and health management
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
- Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and visitors
- Promote social and recreational activities within the community
- Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of each individual
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Social Care
- CORU registration (desirable)
- Experience with children, disabilities, and challenging behavior
- Full driving license and access to transport for local travel
