Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Build positive relationships with clients and families.
- Implement care plans and support strategies.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report on clients’ progress and needs.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social care, especially with disabilities, is preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
