Senior/Principal Healthcare Recruiter
The Senior / Principal Recruiter is a strategic talent acquisition leader responsible for driving fullcycle recruitment across clinical and/or corporate functions. This role partners closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to design and execute scalable hiring strategies that support rapid growth, operational excellence, and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.
At the Principal level, this role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare talent markets, workforce planning, and recruitment operations, influencing company-wide hiring strategy. This is a hybrid role based in our office in Dublin City Centre
Responsibilities for Senior/Principal Healthcare Recruiter
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact roles such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and anything else deemed as within the Health and Social Care Market.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to healthcare talent markets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, market compensation, and talent availability.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount forecasting and hiring roadmaps.
- Recruit across regulated healthcare roles with awareness of licensure, credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements.
- Stay current on healthcare labour market trends, including provider shortages, geographic challenges, and regulatory shifts.
- Build strong partnerships with clinical leadership, operations, and executive teams.
- Provide structured interview processes, candidate evaluation frameworks, and hiring best practices.
- Coach hiring managers on hiring and effective assessment techniques.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, especially for clinical and executive talent.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in competitive healthcare markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional associations.
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
- Drive process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Implement or optimize ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters and coordinators.
Requirements of Senior/Principal Healthcare Recruiter
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Senior level) or 7+ years (Principal level).
- 3+ years recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated clinical environments.
- Proven experience hiring within Healthcare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensure requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience using ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
