Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist – MSK/Domiciliary
Medforce is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our client’s dynamic team in Galway, specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Domiciliary Care. In this role, you will provide expert physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting rehabilitation and promoting independence through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive MSK assessments and deliver individualized physiotherapy treatments.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans aimed at improving functional outcomes.
- Provide physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and community environments, ensuring client-centered care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Educate and empower clients and their families on self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with professional standards.
- Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- CORU Registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in MSK physiotherapy and/or domiciliary care.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
