Senior Physiotherapist
Medforce Recruitment are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Leitrim. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, family-centred services to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Physiotherapist:
- Deliver physiotherapy assessment and intervention for children and young people with physical, developmental, and neurological needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to goal setting and individualised care planning.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff and students.
- Liaise with families, carers, and other professionals to support optimal outcomes.
- Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements for the Senior Physiotherapist:
- BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience, including paediatrics and/or disability services.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full driving licence and access to own transport.
